Key2iD specialises in the development of zigbee based wireless management solutions. The wireless modules used in these solutions can be organised in a variety of network topologies. Whilst the low power consumption means that range can be limited (> 30m in clear air), mesh networking means that modules can route messages through the network so that data can be passed over much longer distances.
One example of a solution we have developed is for energy conservation in buildings. As can be seen below, building lighting can be controlled to reduce energy useage/cost.
